Reporting to the head of Marketing, together you will be driving the company’s marketing from creation to execution working with the marketing, event & sales teams.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Offering a range of products to our clients, your overall responsibility will be to drive subscription package growth and strengthen the relationship of existing members.
- Dealing with new sales subscription package enquiries via phone, email and in person when required
- Promote the benefits of subscription package, whilst following up with further information or diarising to call back at an appropriate time
- Actively on-sell key products and services
- Follow up on leads / referral from marketing campaigns
- Maintain & update CRM database with new member information
To be guaranteed an interview with this reputable organisation, you must possess:
- Previous sales and customer service experience (solution based selling will be an advantage)
- Excellent and clear communication skills
- Previous CRM database management experience
- Strong time management skills
- Be a strong team player
- Be driven to achieve results
