2.spot relevant issues before exchange of contract;
3.Liaising and negotiate with third parties
4.Liaising with clients;
5.Work together with our Settlement Team;
6.Contact relevant stakeholders for arrangement of settlement;
7.Prepare documents for settlement;
8.Conduct relevant researches;
9.Identify (potential) issues and resolve or rectify them accordingly;
10.Strictly follow instructions from supervisor;
11.May go out to attend Settlement;
12.Will also be involved in other various practices, including commercial litigation family law, criminal law and wills and probates; and
13.May be assigned with other tasks from time to time, including but not limiting to simple accounting tasks.Key Account abilities:
Candidates must be responsible, fast learning, honest, hard working and good at team work.
1.Good interpersonal skills, including providing clear and constructive advice to clients from adverse background;
2.Strong verbal and written communication skills;
3.Comprehensive legal knowledge, in particular knowledge in property law;
4.Sound legal research and analytically skills;
5.Self-starter and able to handle the tasks handed down responsibly;
6.File management skills and meeting the deadlines;
7.Attention to details;
8.Solid problem solving skills;
9.Able to work in a team environment as well as individually;
10.Positive attitude towards the work and self-reflective;
11.Able to complete the tasks with minimum supervision;
12.Mandarin/Cantonese speakers are preferred;
Salary package are negotiable depending on the candidates attributes and experiences.
Please note that there are potential positions offered for new graduates intending to do their placements as well.
