An exciting opportunity has arisen within Australia’s fastest growing forex trading and education service provider – ACY FX.
At ACY FX we offer our clients a comprehensive range of training options and strategies that are suitable for both beginners and experienced traders.
Your role will be acting as first point of contact to our clients. You will be dealing with existing and potential clients on daily basis.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Calling out new clients to support them opening trading accounts.
- Identifying referral opportunities from existing clients.
- Preparing periodic business reports.
- Managing online communications with clients through various channels.
- Liaise with internal team to produce best service for clients.
- You need to be flexible with working hours (late start late finish).
- You need to be hungry for sales and has the strong mentality to achieve targets.
- Minimum 12 months sales experience is essential, within the FX industry is preferred.
- You need to have strong interest in the financial market.
- You need to be able to speak fluent English and Mandarin.
This is a full time position. You will be trained by the most experienced mentor in the industry. International travel and working opportunities may be offered depends on individual performance.
