推荐skype这个软件。PC和PC间通讯全免费，注册很简单。基础是P2P。通话质量太好了（只要是宽带用户就行）。大家去GOOGLE搜索下安装就行了。具体使用方法看它自己的说明。注意事项：安装时请选择用英语安装，不然会出现乱码。之后如果想用中文界面的话选择toole-language-chinese(simple)

I agree with what the first floor said. SKYPE is really an excellent Internet telephone software, which is totally free if you only want to talk with someone PC to PC.
However, I think there is something everyone who want to choose it should know:
1. Poor voice quality and sounds delay sometimes occured due to your Internet Bandwidth and type and the number of people online, but don't worry, SKYPE only need a connection speed of 41,000 bps. That means even you are still using a 56K modem, you can also using this software comfortably.
2.If your contacts are behind a fire wall ( and vice versa ), you maybe will find your contacts whom you know to be online actually being shown as offline. The only method to solve this issue is trying to send an IM ( Instant Message) or to call him, that then he appears again as being online, although this is not an elegant solution.
