Training/Tutorial Structure (培训的内容基本上是按从易到难, 从低级到高级, 循序渐进, 会根据大家实际情况适当调整, 老师会尽力把所有培训内容讲到学生完全理解为止, 每部分的要点在讲课时会发给大家).
1. Overview of Australian Accounting Practice and Career Path (澳洲会计工作和会计实务概况).Duration: about 3-4 hours, 老师讲解时间大约需3-4个小时
A holistic approach to a range of practical knowledge and topics covering the Australian accounting processes / procedures/ policies, cash accounting system, accrual accounting system, sole trader / partnership / company / trust, STS, and accounting circle (a series of accounting processes for recording, tracking,and analysing accounting data/transactions, i.e., colleting accounting information - invoicing/billing - creating entries /journals / ledgers - making adjustments / reconciliations / trialbalance - producing financial statements - preparing financial analysis/reports etc.)
这个部分主要是让大家对澳洲会计实务先有一个高屋建瓴的整体认识(以达到纲举目张, 举一反三的效果, 所有accounting操作都万变不离其宗), 概括一下澳洲会计实际工作中会遇到的一整套工作过程, 包括从经济业务发生后制作会计凭证，至会计期末编制会计报表到后期财务分析等会计工作中所涉及的一系列的步骤和程序. 学完之后大家对澳洲会计实际操作会有全面的认识.
2. Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Processes (应收账款和应付账款的全面处理) Duration: about 9-10 hours, 培训时间大约需9-10个小时
Topics include billing/invoicing, credit control, accounts reconciliation, payments, statements of accounts, aging analysis, debt collection, customer relationship management etc.
这个板块系统地讲解AP/AR的管理, 包括怎样创建.输入.调整invoice (tax invoice etc.), purchase order, bills, receipt, accounts report etc., 怎样核对应付/应收账款 (accounts reconciliation), 怎样生成对帐单 (statement of Accounts), 怎样控制账户的风险, 账龄分析, 怎样回收账款, 以及怎样维护客户关系等等AP/AR各个方面的会计操作实务.
备注: 这一部分覆盖了Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable clerk, Accounts Clerk/Officer/Administrator/, Credit Controller, Debt Collection/Recovery 等方面的人员在工作中所需的accounting实际操作技能(在不同类型.不同规模的公司中, 这些工作的具体名称和工作范围会有所不同, 大家不必拘泥于简单的职位名称, 下同).
3. Daily Banking and Bank Reconciliation, Cash Management and Petty Cash Handling (各种银行和现金账的处理, 以及银行对账等等) Duration: about 3-4 hours, 培训时间大约需3-4个小时
Topics cover cheque run, bank transfer,online banking, bank deposit, bank reconciliation; petty cash, business credit card, cash reimbursement etc.
这一部分主要讲日常银行和现金的管理, 包括银行账户管理, 银行支票, 银行转账, 银行存款(贷款), 公司信用卡, 银行对帐, 现金报销和支出, 备用金管理等方面的实际操作.
备注: 这一部分覆盖了Bank Reconciliation, Cashier, Accounts Clerk/Admin等等方面的accounting实际工作技能.
4. Australian Payroll System / Industrial Relations, and Payroll Process (澳洲各种工资系统和工资处理) Duration: about 10-12 hours, 培训时间大约需10-12个小时
Topics cover a wide range of payroll policiesand procedures regarding wages / salaries / bonus / commission etc., time sheet / timecard, sick / personal / annual leave / long service leave / leave loading, superannuation, PAYG tax withholding, salary sacrifice, payroll tax, PAYG payment summary (formerly called Group Certificate), award interpretation (AWA,Federal Award/State Award, EBA, CA) etc.
这一部分全面讲解澳洲目前的工资系统和工资处理, 包括工资的组成和分类, 怎样建立和输入原始工资数据, 澳洲的工资制度(有关工资的Award, salary package, pay rate,p/t, f/t, temporary / permanent / casual work etc.)的各种规定, PAYG税的扣缴, 病假/年假/个人假/长期工休假等方面的工资处理, 养老金的核算和缴纳, 工资规划, 工资税, 年终雇员工资汇总表等等.
备注: 熟练掌握这一部分之后, 大家完全可以胜任澳洲各种Payroll Clerk/Officer/Specialist等方面的实际工作.
5. Month/Year End Procedures, Inventory / Fixed Assests Management (期末结账, 期末盘点, 折旧, 账务调整等等) Duration: about 9-10hours, 培训时间大约需9-10个小时
Topics comprise preparation of general journals / ledgers, adjustment of accounts, month / year end procedures, trial balance, general ledger/balance sheet reconciliations etc.
这一部分主要讲账务的创建和处理, 期末(月底/年底等)账目调整, 期末盘点,账目汇总, 试算平衡,账务核对等等.
备注: 在掌握这一阶段的实际操作技能后, 大家除了具备了做前面各个板块的accounting工作实际操作技能外, 还可以做Accounts All-round, Bookkeeper等等相关方面的工作.
6. BAS & IAS Preparation, GST/FBT/PAYG and Tax return etc.(公司业务和税务申报等), Duation: about 7-8hours, 培训时间大约需7-8个小时
Topics cover preparation of business activity statement, installment activity statement, GST, Pay As You Go (PAYG) payments withheld, PAYG income tax stallment, FBT (fringe benefit tax), and tax return etc.
这一板块系统全面的讲解各种组织(公司etc.)的业务和税务申报的各个组成部分, 怎样做BAS / IAS, 以及公司的一些税务处理等等.
备注: 在掌握这一阶段的实际操作技能后, 大家除了具备了做前面各个板块的accounting工作实际操作技能外, 还可以做Bookkeeper, Junior Accountant, Accountant Assistant, Graduate Accountant, Assistant Accountant等等相关方面的工作.
7. General Ledger / Reconciliation, Financial Reports / Analysis etc.(总账处理, 财务报告以及分析等等) Duration: about 3-4 hours, 培训时间大约需3-4小时
This module covers maintenaice of general ledger, preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statement, fundamentals of financial budgeting / forecasting, financial analysis etc.
这一板块主要讲解账务维护,财务报表编制的基本操作, 包括资产负债表, 损益表, 现金流量, 基本的财务预算和财务分析等.
备注: 在掌握这一阶段的实际操作技能后, 大家除了具备了做前面各个板块的accounting工作实际操作技能外, 随着专业技能和工作经验的加深, 还可以做的工作包括Bookkeeper, Senior Bookkeeper, Assistant Accountant, Accountant, 包括以后Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, Financial Controller/Chief Financial Officer等等相关方面的工作.
8. Australian Workplace Skills (including professional resume writing, job hunting and interview skills etc., 澳洲工作和求职指导) Duration: about 4-5 hours, 讲解大约需4-5小时.
Topics include how to prepare a professional CV/Resume, interview skills, writing professional / business letters, Australian workplace ethics / corporate culture, personal skills training (such as communication skills, teamwork) etc.
这一部分系统讲解怎样准备专业的简历, 求职面试技巧, 专业的商业信函, 澳洲企业文化和职业道德, 个人技能辅导(比如沟通技巧.团队合作)等等.
9. Accounting Software (主要是培训MYOB操作, 如有需要也可以包括QuickBooks, HandiSoft, Sage AccPac, Banklink, MS Office Word, Excel, Access, other mainstream ERP Software, such as SAP, Oracle etc.)
10. Reference + after class tutorial + ongoing support (工作Reference讲解, 课后辅导强化, 疑难问题解答, 以及长期的互动, 我们都会成为好朋友^_^)
If you need a professional reference, we can provide it to you. You need to complete the training and might be required to pass some essential test to demonstrate that you have obtained the minimum practical knowledge and skills needed in the Australian accounting industry (this is to ensurethe high quality of the training program). If possible, we might issue the Statementof Attainment to the participants who have successfully completed the whole training program.
