[size=4][color=red][b]First of all, you press the Browse, which is in the black flame, and then choose the picture you want to upload. Be careful the picture's size must be less than [color=purple]1 Mb[/color].  If you want to upload picture, the [color=seagreen]File Type[/color] must be Image. If you want to upload a Video, the File Type must be Video. The file type is shown with the red frame. After that you can press "host it!" which is framed in the blue frame.

[size=4][color=red][b]Here is an example!!!! After pressing " host it! ", you can see a picture showing on your screen, the blue flame.[/b][/color][/size]

And then, in the front of the link, add [img], at the back of the link add [/img]. Then send it out, your picture will show on the screen.
