关于两年工作签证, under study to work (with job offer)

for Study to Work (with an offer of employment), 需要的东西

1.Application to Work in New Zealand (NZIS 1015) 在第一页tick "other" 然后填上, study to work -
two years experience
2.appropriate offer of employment or letter of acceptance  这个一定要填在 employer supplementary Form - Work Permit/Visa Application (NZIS, 1113)上, 最后section C 不需要填,只要你是按照study to work 这个category

3.evidence that I have completed a qualification in New Zealand that would qualify for points under the Skilled Migrant Category or evidence that I have completed a course in New Zealand that has a minimum completion time of three years  没有正式毕业证书的,拿official letter that confirm you are eligible to graduate + official transcript

4.applying no later than three months after the end date of my Student Permit for that course or qualification, or the holder of a Graduate Job Search Work Permit.

5.passport and a recent passport-size photograph

6.appropriate medical and police certificates, if required 如果在最近两年没有提供过这两项,那就必须在这次申请中提供, 无犯罪记录在开出后六个月内有效, 只需要一公证书就好,其中自带翻译

7.application fee  work permit $120, work visa $160(可以多次往返)如不签visa,出了境就回不来了

递表格时别忘了把雇佣合同的复印件也递上去， 这很重要，移民局主要根据这个来给你工签。
