Yep. You're eligible to apply for a day-pass if you're a casual visitor, simply regisister at the workstation near the entrance and present your ID to the security guard. The day pass is for multi-entrance for five days (consecutive or non-consecutive).
Once your day-pass is no longer valid you can pay $5 per year for a Opal-membership card, which allows you unlimited entrace. Bring your ID/student card and apply at the loan desk. For borrowing, you'll pay $50/year for a Emerald-membership card.
