Property Development Company in Sydney CBD requires an Executive Assistant to the CEO (Australia).
Our company head office based in Shanghai, China with core businesses mainly involved in the real estate sector. With a newly established office in Sydney and a recently invested residential development project in Australia, the company is to establish a long-term strategic business investment plan in Australia. This is an early opportunity to be involved in a fast growing corporation and huge potential to grow.
   This role will encompass:
. Personal assistance to the CEO (Australia)
. Organizing meeting planners
. Organizing correspondence and filing
. Source collate and distribution of sales reports
. Travel management
. Mobile management
. Expenses
. Facilities maintenance and office planning
. Some import and export planning between China and Australia
. General administration support
. Liaise with head office in Shanghai, China
. May involve interstate and overseas traveling from time to time
.
. The successful applicant will possess:
   Excellent English both in verbal communication and writing skills
. Chinese language essential (mandarin)
. Excellent planning and organizational skills
. Have a strong ability to relate and communicate with people
. Be results orientated
. Drive for success
. Integrity, high level of confidentiality and discretion
   Be able to support and empower teamwork
   Accounting/book keeping experience preferred but not essential
   Excellent personal appearance and communication skills
   With a hands-on attitude

很大了，7月底是预产期，但是我不用请月子的假期的，我生完可以马上上班的，我这里有父母帮我带孩子的。
