the setup fee is $139, but the contract is just 1 year. because of all the internet service always going down, so , you will save much more than $139 in next year.
and you are right, if you want to watch the iptv you do need a set up box. the bext news is we do the promotion now, $100 off, you can get is just $295.

If you want TV service, yes, you have to buy top box.
If you donot want VOD service, you dont need to pay. TV is free service. pay by month
