Hi Jason, yes I got your message, and I also replied, did you get that? You haven't replied back since.
The only reason I require people's CV is to see if people have a background related to customer relations, communication, and whether I can feel that people are generally willing to learn.
After all, I don't want "just anyone" to work with Chimera, me, and all of our marketing companies in Australia. We only seek those who are serious about learning and look for long-term-earning investment through learning.

Yes I did receive Shauna's email, I also replied to her but I haven't heard anything back from her. For anyone who hasn't

replied back after my email, I would assume that they are not interested unless other circumstances come to place.

   I have been getting lots of emails asking whether the opportunity is still open. YES, it is open as long as

banks don't close and people in Australia need homes, homeloans, superannuations, financial services etc.

However, this opportunity is [b]not [/b]for people who are looking for a "stable" hourly income - in a sense, it is

very similar to becoming a real estate agent - no hourly income but serious commission based on your

performance, and the company provides you with the training so you don't need to have lots of experience,

although previous experience/knowledge in finance-related, customer-related industries or courses would

be advantages for you.

   Because I have been getting lots of emails, I am sure there are some individuals that I haven't been able

to reply in time, I apologize for this and will re-check my emails for emails I slipped over. My apology.

   For people in Sydney, I have posted a response a few minutes ago; for people in Melbourne, I would

Quite a number of friends have emailed me regarding a few common questions, here they are, and here are my answers:

1. Is this a telemarketing job? Do I need good English for this?

- No. First of all, this is not a job because the company does not sign a contract with you and therefore it does not qualify as a job. You
might choose to do telemarketing if that's what you find comfortable, but there is no need and is certainly not compulsory.
- Well, ideally, some level of English would be fantastic, but as you can see from the main page: it is not a compulsory skill, although it
would be good to use this opportunity to improve your English while making some possible earnings.

2. Do I have to sell anything?

- As long as you are getting paid (which of course you will be, and the payment varies according to your results) by a firm, any firm,
you are selling something for that firm. You will be providing services to customers, starting with some very basic, easy ones. As you
progress, you will be trained more and more, and you may wish to become a certified financial advisor, loan writer, finance broker. It
is completely up to you.

3. How long has Chimera Finance company been around for?

- Chimera Finance Co., founded by Swedish entrepreneur Carl Nilsson, has been established for 20 months now. The company is a
new startup organisation with a great culture, warm team, and very unique way of management + personal training + daily operations.

    thank you for your interests. My suggestion is, if you are looking for a source of stable, secure income,

then this might not be the most suitable opportunity you want, unless you meet the criteria described at

the starting page.  

   Think this way if it helps: this opportunity is like a practical course where you will have to do some work in

your casual time so you learn the necessary finance knowledge, communication and marketing skills, and

obtain qualifications. During this process, you don't pay us, the company will pay you for your results while

you are learning through practice. However, for exams to get certifications such as Australian Finance Services

Licence, the company will not pay for you. You allocate time for your own learning and practice, this will be

on top of your current study/work commitment.

1. Trainings are carried out either in group format or 1-on-1 format, at a place convenient to all of us, hopefully.

     * 1-on-1 training: personal mentoring session, either with myself (in Melbourne) or Carl Nilsson (in Sydney),
        and either of us can offer you help over the phone too.
   
     * Group training: where practical lessons take place.

2.  Experience in finance, sales, marketing, business, or commerce-related background is welcome, but we value
your desire to succeed, plus willingness to learn and work despite of challenges.

You obviously have been exposed to the negatives and you think opportunities are all like that. If I get to see you, I would like

[b]2[/b]: The business model of Chimera works like this: the only person who could be offering this opportunity to people is MYSELF
and Carl Nilsson, and maybe a handful of others. When people take this opportunity, they work with client to provide financial
solutions to them.

You do not need to pay a cent for our program, education and training. You do, however, need to pay for exams that will enable
you the AFS (Australian Financial Services) Licence. The Managing Director, Carl Nilsson, can personally be your mentor, in terms
of a variety of skill sets, including business relations, loan writing, financial advisory/consultation, etc.

[b]3[/b]. Let's be straight. The major cause of the current financial crisis is because of the way(s) the banks work, their finances work, etc.
Having this knowledge is definitely an advantage even if you do not make any money with us. We are actually OK with that, because
