我们教学生了解酒和西餐文化, 学习在西人餐馆工作的技能,另外给学完的学生写推荐信, 让没有西餐经验的朋友能顺利地找到晚上的工作.

好奇下 要学费吗？多少钱啊？在哪教啊？

很多学生只有时间晚上打工, 去西餐馆工作是个很好的选折, 收入高而且有小费.

不过, 在西餐馆打工需要具备一些条件:

1. RSA (酒牌): 这是澳洲政府的规定, 凡是餐馆, 咖啡店, 酒店售酒的地方, 服务生都必须持有酒牌.

2. 洋酒的常识: 洋酒有红酒, 粉色酒, 白酒; 不同的酒搭配不同的西餐, 很讲究.

3. 西餐的常识: 西餐有意大利餐, 希娜餐, 澳洲风格餐, 法国餐, 海鲜餐. 西餐菜谱非英语, 发音很难.
