我去年申请TRA，到现在4个月还没TRA的评估结果，于是我发了封电子邮件查询，
结果回复：TRA在11月初的时候给我评估结束并把评估结果邮寄了给我，
而我却没收到，请问我该怎么办？
请大家给我出出注意！

他们要我说出一个没收到信件的理由，我一时想不出好的理由。请大家再帮助我！谢谢！
他们发我的邮件如下：
Thank you for your recent enquiry to Trades Recognition Australia (TRA).


Your application was finalised on 9 November 2007 and a letter was sent to you advising the outcome.  If you have not received that letter and before TRA can send you a replacement letter, you are required to detail in writing the reasons for the request and a current postal address, together with your signature and TRA Ref number.  TRA is required to confirm the signature against the file copy held by this office.   Your request must be sent by mail to :  GPO Box 9879  CANBERRA  ACT  2601 or fax 61 2 6121 7768



Your TRA Ref is TRA07/014199123



You should also note that TRA will not provide a second replacement letter without compelling written reasons and you are strongly advised to make a copy of any replacement letter provided to you and to keep it in a safe place.
