Thanks to Nicole and let me tell  you a great news that I got that job, and they ask me to start work immediately. Great! Isn't it? And now I really want to share something to ppls who are still looking for their jobs.
But plz let me express my experiences in Chinese for your guys better understanding ^^!

首先很想对还在找工作的朋友们说，加油！坚持不懈，不断努力，还有每天都要去巩固Nicole 上课的内容，不断总结，真正成为自己掌握的东西，这样面对面试的提问才可以从容不迫。。。

先来谈一下Nicole的培训课程，的确学到很多东西，不光是会计上的知识，MYOB的操作，更多的是分享到了Nicole几十年的会计经验，还有面试经验。除此之外，在学完了所有的课程之后，我对于自己找工作充满了信心，因为我不再是只有理论没有实际操作的毕业生了。

再来说说我找工作的经历，每天上网去SEEK投简历已经成为每天的必修课程，其实我的面试还挺多的，但是结果都是失败的，什么原因呢？那个时候非常沮丧，找不出原因。那是因为那个时候很急于要找到工作，在网上只要是和会计相关的工作我都会投，感觉有点疾病乱投医，事实上这样的效果并不好，没有针对性。在网上有很多Recruitment agency，不是说投中介不好，去中介面试可以锻炼和吸取些面试的经验，但是中介每天要面对很多的CANDIDATES，所以面试的时候表现平平就很难给中介留下深刻的印象，所以我还是比较推荐直接投公司招人的工作，这样的成功的几率更高一点！不过最最重要的还是，要自己不断的总结，总结每次面试的问答找出自己不足的地方，吸取教训。

找工作的过程都不会很一帆风顺，不要因为一次两次的失败就轻易放弃一定要坚持不懈，付出的努力一定会有回报，每天巩固培训的内容，你会发现工作已经离你不远了。
最后由衷的感谢Nicole, 从你这里学来了那么多实际的操作知识，能让我顺利的通过面试，reference又说的那么好，而且在我需要你帮助的时候热心的给我建议。:monkey11

So many of you got jobs. That's so wonderful. I believe I will be one of them in the near future. haha

Last Sta.'s class was the most confused class in the four classes for me. I feel uncertain in many of the transactions and there were many question marks in my mind, but don't know how to ask. Also, there was no time to ask. Otherwise, the class wouldn't go on.

But, after I spent a whole day to go through those steps again. (I stayed in front of my laptop for almost 8 hours). Finally, I sorted them out. I'm so happy that those confused me get clear in my mind.

I will keep practice those on classes, and hope can be qualified as tutor in Nicole's future class.


To May tutor, vivian, you were not there on the last topic, which remind me that is why I'm lost in that calss, because I didn't get your help on that day as in other topics you did great job to help me. Therefore, tutor's role is quite significant in class both for us and Nicole.

First of all, i really want to thank you for your excellent teaching from bottom of my heart, i really learn a lot from your class.

Sorry guys, this is Stephanie. I am always one step behind. I was busy these days and I could not log on to the website. But here I am. As promised to Nicole, I come to share my experience with you guys.

Actually, I am kind of lucky, I didn't go through many interviews, just 4 or 5, and I got the job one month after I seriouly looking for a job. So I can't say I am an interview expert, However I do know something abouth the interview.

First I want to say, all the interview I had, I haven't touch any accounting related questions, just the genreal questions as Nicole said to you in the last class. So I can't get you any advice on that. Ok, here are my summaries:

1. Confidence. It is the most important thing. When you get the confidence, you can show out your personality and impress the     
    interviewer. Try to relax, and don't be nervus. You need to believe yourself that you can do it, you are capable, you are the best.
    And you should be confidence, coz you've done the courses, you're experienced now.

2. Computer skills. It's not enough to just know the MYOB,you also need to enhance your Excel skills. When I got my second   
    interview, they just set me up with the Excel test suddenly without notice. It is esay, however, I haven't used it for ages. So I
    kind of screwing it up. I think my interview save me. And I am practising the Excel now, before going to the work. Some
    interviewer will inform you first about the Excel test, some are not. You'd better prepare it before rather than waiting for the
    notice.

3. English. This is still the most important and difficult thing for us. When I had the interviews, the interviewers just complained to  
    me that the interviewees are so qualified but their english. However, nobody can help you with that only yourself.

I think these are the main things for the interview. Actually, Nicole has also mentioned these. It is easy to say but hard to do.

And here are some additions:

The last two interviews I had, the interviewers asked me to give the exactly salary I want. Just remind you to have some number in your mind, in case they force you to answer. And that could be a comparison criteria. I think I got what I want, not to high not to low, fair enough as a beginner.

For the recruitment agent, I just had once, and be passed to the GE, so I can't say anything about that. But I believe if you are good enough, you definitely will get a job from that and the job could be awsome. Many of my friends, they all got job for the agent before.

Ok, that is it. It is a long article, and I think, not attractive at all. But if you go through it, I hope you can get something.

BTW, the company I am going to is using the Quickbook, not MYOB, so I have to pick it up again. Anyway, I think I've got exactly what I want, the working environment, the salary and the experience I will have. It is so exciting.

Nicole, thank you again, thank you so much for everything you taught and told. It is not flattering. It really comes from my heart. I do get inspired after the class from you. Like what tracy said, it is a spiritual thing not only the knowledge.

对了，忘记一件事刚才看了stepenia的心得，再结合自己找工作的心得，强烈赞同她对于excel重要性的分析！我昨天面试的公司虽然没有现场考我，但是问了很多问题有关excel,因为那个公司规模不小，他们用的是自己公司设计的会计软件，MYOB的经历帮不上很多忙，所以他们很看重excel的能力，今天我就去图书馆借了书来学，这方面必须进一步加强才行。另外还有很多同学可能和我一样电脑还在用中文的系统，我觉得必须换成英文系统了，这样不至于面试考核或者进了工作单位以后不太习惯，甚至影响工作效率！！一点点小建议……

我找到工作了，明天上班了。只是个小会计助理。但也是踢开ACCOUNTANT CAREER的大门了。

我在国内做了五年内审，在这边投审计工作很难，转投会计，又不懂MYOB，没有当地会计经验。朋友介绍了NICOLE的课。我是五月份周六班学员，NICOLE的课其实是挺有用的。至少学了后，心里有底了，简历也有东西写了。

想提个建议，如果上课时有白板就好了，老师可以边说边写，条理清晰些，大家也能跟得上。因为有时跟不上或者听漏了，看着白板能知道说啥。

简单过程：
我是上周六抄的报纸广告，豆腐块都不放过（这才是关键哦）。当时回到家立马电话过去，噼里啪啦讲一堆英文，问那人要了EMAIL（就是老板啦），发了简历，估计老板对我印像较好， 也急着要人，周二上班（周一公众休息）就通知我今天上午面试。面试很简单，介绍一下公司业务，也没怎么问我问题，我说我会做AP,AR,打字速度很快（中学练过，还能保持，幸亏聊天聊得多），输发票最拿手。。。呵。他们公司发展很快，业务大增，非常需要人手帮忙，公司就一个男的管财务，所以要招人了。财务经理只问我一个问题就完了。他们也不用MYOB，用的是wholesaler专用的软件，我昨晚还看MYOB跟JOB SEEKING SKILL，哎。。。杀鸡用牛刀。。。当然，我还是很幸运的。

老板说下午还面试一个人，下班给我答复。二选一。于是下午的心情基本如下：
如果有OFFER：
advantage－－有收入同时可以赚经验不错，老板是西人，可以提高英文能力。职位其实很全面，应该不局限AP，AR之类，上司也挺NICE，应该挺肯教我，而且咱聪明学得快，应该会有好印象。进去后就跨进会计CAREER的大门了。
disadvantage－－－－但把自已卖掉了，如果后面有更好的，也没时间精力去弄了。

如果没有OFFER：
前面会有更好的等着偶。。。。虽然有点失落。HOWEVER,这不过是第一次面试而已。。。。

晚上洗完澡，电话来了，结果大家都知道了。只是工资很低，不过，NICOLE说的，千万不要计较，进去再说。我拿下了。
