本来星期六那天就很想上来交流一下。。。可是家里的网是彻底瘫痪了:monkey1 。。。。。。。。虽然现在班的人数不少。。但大家都配合一下还是可以有很好的效果的。。。比如那节Accounts Receivable 的效果就不错。。。偶的思路比PAYROLL那节课清楚多了。。。老师也讲的越来越系统了。。。。主要是讲的东西都在点子上。。。有豁然开朗的感觉。。。。突然想起以前中学老师讲的话“要理解概念”。。。。。现在对这句话又有了更深的体会。。。“概念”是在实际应用中被“理解”的。。。。同时要应用理解了的概念让实际的工作更简便。。。。汗。。。不知道偶有没有把自己的意思表达清楚。。。。但不管怎么样。。。象老师说的。。。要谦虚同时用心的去学。。。这样才学的到东西。。。希望大家都能有所收获。。。。

The time goes fast. I still remember how I attended the first class. To be honestly, I did bring with my doubt to see how good the class is, and how Nicole would teach this class, because many Accounting training classes are cheating. After talked with Nicole the day before the first class, I still couldn't make my mind, but I attended the first class, because I believe what Nicole mentionded, You never try, you never know.

So, I want to tell anyone who is wondering to have this class or not, TRY IT, you will find out the answer yourself. It's absolutely helpfull.

This Sat. will be my last class, I'm expecting to know more. I think I will be more confident about what actually inside the accounting job. Before attending this class, I know little about it, NOW, I can say it's not as complicated as I thought. IF you understand how they are working and apply the basic accounting knowledge we got from Uni to MYOB softeware. That's it, then you did it.At least you had basic idea about A/P, A/R, PAYROLL AND BAS.  But, if we want to do a perfect job, I believe we need to pay more attention to many detail things. There is a long way to go and improve our knowledge and skills step by step. No one can do it within four classes.

, To Nicole: when is the better time to send you my resume to have a look for me? I know you don't have enough time everyday, so just let me know when you have time to do so.

Firstly, i'd like to say "thank you" for all the efforts you have been done for us. Its never be easy for a full time working woman to run a class like this. I worked as office admin role in my past 2 years and i understand how hard it is to get ur mind together and trying to help ppl like us. Be honest, i didnt really send out any resumes before i decided to join ur class. Even i got local work expreience, little confidence of my accounting skills still stopping me from trying myself out. Normally i am very confident person but when it comes down to accounting job hunting i completely become a nut. After attending ur class, i got confidence to send out my resumes and have the guts to go on a interview when it comes.

Tomorrow will be my third class..i feel content about the last two classes. In my class,most ppl are straight from uni with impressed acdamic background. They are young,intelligent and ambitious. I can see they are really keen on learning and willing to acheive as far as they can. As a student like me who have been working in unrealted industry and want to back on track, i also feel very happy to have Nicloe's help to bring me closer to the accouting work field.

As i said, i noticed your class and was attracted immediately. it was 12:00. i tried to leave you message and kept checking my message bank after that. at 4:15, when i had thought to be hopeless to sit in your class:monkey4 , you reached me. it really meant a lot to me!!!:monkey9

the most important is, i did experience an amazing night. according to your detailed explanations and different examples, i have more clear idea about payroll. before this class, i knew nothing about payroll and never learnt it in uni (i just found that uni did skip such important part:monkey19 but charging me such an expensive tuition fee!!!).

at the beginning, i had found a bit difficult to catch your step as i was new there and my only experience about myob was at least 2 year ago with an assignment. but i was so concentrating on your explanations and direction in the whole evening. with no idea about your class's running, i just rushed to your class at 5:30 without eating anything. the class finished at 10:15, lasting more than 4 hours. i was so surprised i did not have any feeling about hunger but only excited. i was so concentrated and forgot any other things. i really love this feeling~:monkey15(the last time i had had the same feeling should be 1 year ago)

after last class, i have keep practicing the homework and asking questions myself. payroll is more complicated than i thought before. there are so many details. i still have something not quite sure, but i will discuss with our lovely tutors very soon.

today i used hours to read through all previous comments. Nicole, i do express heartfelt thanks to you. you are such a nice and excellent woman. you have made me move and rebuild my confidence.  you have devoted your personal time to helping us. thank you~:monkey9

It's good to hear from you again. Of course I do remember you as you studied very hard in the class . Since you finished my class, I
never heard anything from you even though I did try to call you and all of my another students to see how are they going.

I will go for Holiday very soon, so I will not run any class in June. Whether or not I will run another class in Jully, that's really up the
demands. Also I will not run  as many classes as before as I need to have time for myslef as well, the maximum is two classes per
month,  otherwise normally one class per month.

Now, I got more than 20 students  in May Class which has been split into two classes. Many of these students will apply for Tutor
as well. I will try to consider all the situations in order to suit both Parties.

Now[b] all my tutors need to be familiar with the topics and study hard and also share the feeling in here with people[/b] as
[b]tutors not only relisten the four topices again, but also willing sacrifice the time to tutor the new students after the[/b]
[b]class[/b]. If you really want to be  a tutor for July class (if I run class in  that time), please let me know your feeling about my class and what you have learned from my class and whether you have practiced at home during this time.

Hi, everybody, this is Stephanie,tutor of the may class. I've been so busy this week that I couldn't come to here to share my feeling with you guys.

First, congratulation to Daniel ! You got a good beginning for everybody.

As a tutor, I do learn more than what I expected. I solid the knowledge learned and made more friends. When I first learned it, I found it a little bit confusing sometimes. But when I go through all these topics again, I found it more clear. It is so good to answer the enquiries raised by you guys. Helping people is a kind of pleasure, and besides, from others' mistakes or confusions, I can remind myself avoiding these problems. You guys are lucky, because Nicole did add more things into the class, which she didn't teach before. And this is one more good thing to be a tutor. You can learn more. So guys, study hard, do your assignment and try to be a tutor. You'll get more than beyond.

I've got several interviews after finishing the class. Even I haven't got any yet, I still keep going. What I learn from the interview so far is, just relax yourself. The more you want to get the job, the less chance you could get it. Why say this? Because the more you want to get the job, you'll be more nerves when you have the interview.  Like me, I had a great oppertunity to have an interview with GE. That's General Electric, the most famous international company around the world and everybody knows it. It has a really good pay and located in the National  Australian Bank Building in city. I really wanted to get in that. However, I got tongue-tied when I had the intervie. It was awful. Then this week, I had 2 interviews, I really dont care whether I am gonna have it or not, I just went in and talk as usual. I am really relaxed. Although I haven't known the result yet, what I knew is, both interviewer said they are really impressed by me. So, just relax, when you have the interview.

Anyway, here are my experience, hope it is useful for you guys, and looking forward to see u on your last class. And at the end, bless myself, hope I can get some good news next week. Cheers!

今天就是最后一个topic了，还真的是有点舍不得。
每次去老师家的时候，走到楼下能看到客厅里的灯光，还有阳台上的天堂鸟和文竹，就觉得很安心，有种...恩今天还会学到很多东西...真好的感觉...作为tutor也是如此，老师对于这个班又加了很多新的知识，知识体系却不会因人数的增多而变得混乱，相反会随着同学的提问变得更加详细具体。老师你的功力越来越深了XDD

什么时候会觉得老师的课很管用？
上课时直接受到知识冲击的时候...去超市买东西不知不觉开始研究invoice的时候...
还有，网上投简历时，看到那些job duties都是你熟知并有信心说个一二三四的时候。你会惊讶于那时你的信心。因为知道，所以无畏。

a little remind in AR assignment from Lin

Althoug AR is said to be the easiest topic compared with others, i still want to remind that there is a minor trap in the Tax Inclusive. In AP, we normal tick the box of Tax Inclusive first because the amount we get from suppliers includes tax (we just care the total amount we have to pay). However,  we normally untick the tax box as we have to seperate the price and GST, so the amount we input is normally the price only, and we have to choose GST after the Amount, so the GST is included and showed below.

In the assignment, there is an invoice that has included GST (Right Now Repairs), so rememer to tick the tax box before you input the amount.

大家把能赞扬老师的话全都说了，我也就不要再重复了，但是我在这里要说的是tutors。这些tutors们都很认真负责，会计知识很扎实，回答的也很全面，甚至有些在课堂上没有说过的tutors也会告诉你，他们的作用真的无非磨灭。就拿我来说吧，我没有学过任何会计软件，而且学校学的知识一天不用就会遗忘很快，所以在课堂上接受知识就比别人慢，但是我回家后总是会回忆课堂上的知识，能记得多少就回忆多少，把大体的内容复习后就做作业，但是在做作业时会发现很多东西都没有消化，我马上就会想到TUTORS，我总是问很多详细的问题，有时一问就问上一个小时，他们总会很耐心很详细得跟我解释，直到我完全明白。所以我觉得TUTORS很重要，老师选他们出来是明智的，大家在互相学习互相提高，这种良好的氛围一定要保持下去。我希望我回国再回来后也有机会当TUTOR，一定会尽能力帮助大家一起前进。

我在来上nicole的课之前真的对找工作失去了信心，因为对会计没有任何的经验，也不知道具体那些职位都做些什么，心里也没有底。但是现在上了三节课， 我的信心一下子增加了不少。现在觉得有信心去找会计的工作了。谢谢nicole。我觉得这比去中国人的会计事务所实习省时间多了，可以直接学到你要学的东西。非常值得！

I read through this 14 pages dialogue just now. Feel so impressed and be convinced this course will be helpful in my job hunting later on.
I tried to find a job in accounting field and got a couple of interviews in local agents. It is struggle to even get an accounting entry level position due to no accounting reference and lack of confidence on accounting practical skills.
Nicole, will you help me? I know you have a holiday in June. Would you like to inform your holiday calendar and I can accommodate with it and plan with my current working schedule.

Fortunately, I entered into your course by chance. Your course provides me not only general picture of MYOB also the real accounting practice. It gives me a full confidence in my future career, because I know I can do Australian accounting well. I can tell the interviewer I am an experienced people in local accounting.[/font]

家里的网还是一样残废:monkey1 。。。。先来讲一下最后一节课的感受把。。。其实最后一节课是所有课中信息量最大的。。。。所以听起来有点OVERWHELMING的感觉。。。。这堂课的内容绝对是要回家反复巩固和消化的。。。。。。在课堂上有些同学把概念搞混了。。。然后把两个完全不同的事情放在一起问问题。。。。。结果是问的人云里雾里。。。。听的人也稀里糊涂:monkey20 。。。偶的建议是最好在课堂上只听不问。。。。给老师多点时间解释。。。自己能吸收多少就吸收多少。。。然后回家消化。。。。。其实老师的思路是非常清楚的。。。换言之。。。老师完全知道她在做社么讲社么。。。。所以听老师讲比自己在那边纠结效果好很多。。。。当然这只是一家之言:onion9 。。。仅供参考。。。。。其实上完课偶确实有意犹未尽的感觉。。。。如果老师能让偶当7月班的TUTOR那真是太好了。。。。。先谢谢了:monkey10 。。。。偶会尽量用学过的知识来帮助别人的:monkey8 。。。。希望老师能有个非常好的假期。。。在这段时间就把培训班的事情抛在脑后尽情地玩把:monkey11 。。。。。谢谢老师那么辛苦的教我们。。。。P.S…那个。。。咳咳。。。刘杨同学。。。。电脑病毒传说中因该不是靠空气传播的把:car: 。。。。。。
