请教一下,我买了个UNIT,最后律师除了律师费,加收了3个项目,正常吗?
他收了
1.$100.00 for certificate of currency
2.Section 109 Certificate $99.00
3. Settlement Fee & Disbursement Fee $170.50
请懂的人,告诉我下,合理吗?

1跟2都合理啊.....3就要看律师了....我推荐的律师一般没有的,但这里是律师收的吗?还是银行收的?

但是他如果对你感兴趣的每处物业都收律师费了,那么就不太合理了赫赫

- probably charged by the
charged by strata management/owners coporation
2.Section 109 Certificate $99.00
- standard fees, charged by strata management/owners coporation
1 & 2 is normally exmepted if you choose to pay extra upfront to do a strata report
3. Settlement Fee & Disbursement Fee $170.50
- possibly charged by the 3rd party settlement firm. Depends on your arrangement with the lender, some bank will refund this on the first day of settlement.
