Only in Beijing, Hongkong and Singapore

if I graduate in Dec, I can not attend ceremony in Nov but to wait until July or April in the next year!!??

I think they only have the ceremony in Sep or Apr, not sure if they have it in July or Nov...

There was one ceremony about one week ago, it is for those oversea students who will not be available in both Australia and other cities I mentioned
