1. 国内的工作经验早已经过期了，对你这次境内申请移民没有帮助的。职业评估加分是60分，紧缺职业加分需要有澳大利亚的相关12个月相关工作经验，才能加15分。2
2. 之前你在澳大利亚持有临时签证合法停留时间都算数的，4年内还需要包括年持有PR签证。

合约上没写这方面的东西 但是当时我拿走资料的时候 他让我签了一个acknowledgement 上面写着take back all documents that lodged with这个代理
这样的话 我有权利要回所有有关我的资料吗？

斑竹好啊!小弟现在在读会计硕士, 之前经过1.5半的本科学习(12UNITS) 已经拿到BACHELOR OF BUSINESS, 然后我选择的会计硕士是有12 UNITS, 由于我得到了3个CREDITS 所以我只需要学习9个CREDITS 就可以拿到会计学硕士学位, 但是由于课程的安排以及PREREQUISITE的要求, 我现在需要学习1.5 年(每个学期3门课程ON FULL-TIME). 请问这样我可以符合最新的2年政策的要求吗??? 谢谢了!!

一定要做COOK才符合要求的，KITCHENHAND或者FOOD PREPARATION都不可以的，参考附加文件。

900小时工作经验随时找到都可以做的。

1.5年的本科课程加上9个学科的MASTER课程是肯定符合两年政策，但是如果你准备申请本硕连读的15分加分，既要积累满3年的学习时间，其中是少有1年本科及1年研究生课程学习。前1.5年本科没有问题，关键是后面的9科课程，你可以按照3+3+3来花1.5年的时间读完。但这和4+4+4的1.5年课程确实还是有分别的，没有十分的把握，只能考虑一试，或者考虑把减免的3门课程要回来。

两年FULL TIME STUDY并没有规定是需要连续完成的，没有严格规定说中间不能有间隔的。

[size=3]You must have met this eligibility requirement in the six (6) months immediately before the date of making your application. To meet this requirement, you must have completed in no less than 16 calendar months, either:[/size]

我去年12月毕业，本来打算趁签证到期前玩够了回国发展没考雅思，但是种种原因现在改变主意想申请485签证。而现在能book到的雅思时间最快也要在4月，可是我的学生签证3月中就到期了。请问有没有办法可以延长签证去考雅思？485是不是毕业后半年内申请有效？我还来得及吗？先申请676旅游签证过渡行不行？我现在真的很焦急，请楼主解答，谢谢。

移民局按照你递交的最高雅思成绩计算，之后考的成绩及时底的话也不会覆盖之前好的成绩。

她可以先去所在学校寻求帮助，在NSW州内的话，可以去LEGAL AID寻求法律援助。
