Entries required for upcoming AIPC Competition‎

[size=3][b][color=red]Summary of Rules[/color][/b]

1.    In all sections the subject is Open.

2.    Entries in all sections will be used to select New South Wales’ entry in to the 2007 AIP Competition and acceptances will be returned after APSCON 2007.

3.    Digital images will be permitted in all sections.

4.    Two (2) entries per person per section are allowed.

5.    Slides must be standard 5cm x 5cm (2in x 2in) mounts. Maximum thickness of mount is 2.5mm (0.1in).
Slides may be masked.

6.    Prints may be mounted or unmounted but the overall size must not exceed 40cm X 50cm (16in x 20in) in a vertical or horizontal format.  Minimum print size, excluding mount is 15.5cm x 20cm (6in x 8in).  If prints are mounted, the mount must not exceed 4mm thickness.

7.    10 Acceptances will be awarded in each Section.

8.    Entries in previous AIP or ACC Competitions are ineligible. However entries in previous FCC or FCC supported competitions or exhibitions will be allowed.

9.    Copyright of any entry must belong to the entrant. Unless otherwise specified, permission to reproduce accepted entries for an FCC or APS slide set to be assumed.

10.  Digitally projected images will conform to FIAP guidelines – the images will be 1024 pixels in the largest horizontal size and 768 pixels in the largest vertical size, jpg compression (maximum 10) or 500kb. ICC Colour Space of sRGB or untagged to apply. File names not to exceed 8 characters all lower case and made up of State Code (2) Author’s name [truncated] (5) sequence number (1) eg first entry for Fred Smith

All selected entries shall be awarded an ACCEPTANCE Certificate
The TOP FIVE in each section shall be awarded a MERIT Certificate
